On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I am pleased to announce that the 2nd International Seminar on Sustainable Ruminant and Poultry Production in the Tropics (ISSRP) will be held on September 24, 2025, in Semarang, Indonesia.

The ISSRP is a biennial scientific conference organized by the Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia. This event brings together international participants engaged in various aspects of animal science, providing a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and networking. Our goal is to foster strong collaborations to address global challenges in sustainable livestock production.

The Organizing Committee is excited to present a scientific program featuring five distinguished invited speakers. Additionally, we have collaborated with the Journal of Advanced Veterinary Research to publish the conference proceedings as a special issue this year. We believe this will be an excellent opportunity for scientists, researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to discuss recent advancements in animal science and technology.
